This amazing program connects boys for our county detention center with homeless dogs. The kids work with dog trainers and learn to properly train These dogs are quite well trained and just want to be loved. the dogs for manners and commands. Through this they learn empathy for all living things and find out what trust, and commitment are all about. I work with the kids in round-table discussions talking about feelings, anger management, Cycle of Recreation, Boundaries, Trust, and the Grandest Version of themselves. All those working with the program are volunteers that can see the potential in these kids and have a passion for animals. I
